At Elma Flowers, we take great care in preparing and delivering our floral arrangements to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and freshness.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or failure to be available to receive the delivery.
However, we comply fully with Australian Consumer Law. If your order arrives damaged, is significantly different from what was ordered, or does not meet acceptable quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
Please ensure that all delivery details provided are accurate, as we cannot be responsible for issues arising from incorrect information supplied at checkout.
